I’ve spent my life helping people feel more connected — first through art and entertainment, and now through therapeutic creativity, communication, and relationship intelligence.
Many people first met me as a performer and face painter, creating joyful, memorable experiences for children and families. What they may not know is that behind the paint and magic was always something deeper: a fascination with emotion, connection, stress, and what helps people feel safe enough to be themselves.
Over time, my work naturally evolved.
Today, I work at the intersection of art, psychology, and Gender Intelligence, helping individuals, couples, and groups slow down, understand themselves more clearly, and relate to others with greater empathy and effectiveness.
At the center of everything I do is therapeutic art — not art for performance or perfection, but art as a way to access presence, insight, and emotional regulation. My workshops create a playful, low-pressure space where people can reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and experience meaningful moments of clarity and calm.
Alongside this work, I facilitate Gender Intelligence–based talks and trainings, drawing from the Mars Venus framework. These sessions focus on stress, communication, and the real differences in how people process emotion — especially in male-female dynamics. The goal isn’t blame or labels, but understanding. When people feel understood, stress drops and relationships improve.
This same foundation supports my individual and relationship coaching, where I work more deeply with clients using the Mars Venus Life Coaching Program to create lasting change.
Gender Intelligence isn’t just something I teach — it’s a through-line in my own life story.
Understanding how stress, communication styles, and emotional needs differ between men and women transformed my relationships, my work, and how I show up in the world. It gave language to patterns I had seen for years and offered practical tools that actually work in real life.
That’s why it’s a lens I bring into everything I do — whether I’m guiding an art workshop, giving a community talk, or coaching someone one-on-one.
I bring a unique blend of:
This allows me to work comfortably in community spaces, wellness settings, and corporate environments, meeting people where they are and creating experiences that are both engaging and meaningful.
If you knew me through my children’s entertainment work: that chapter still exists, now on a limited basis. You can find that work at sarahdippitykids.com.
This site reflects the natural evolution of my work with adults — focused on creativity, emotional intelligence, stress reduction, and relationships.
My intention is simple:
To help people feel safer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected in their relationships — with themselves and with others.
If you’re here for a workshop, a talk, or deeper coaching, I’m glad you found your way here.
